Yin Yoga Saturday 14 July

Dear friends

Last long Yin session before my summer break. Please join me on Saturday 14th July at 11:15-13:15 at our beautiful spacious (and cool in this weather) Bullen Hall for a long delicious Yin session, creating space in your joints and overall, finding inner and outer peace through grounding, centring and coming into stillness. Tight and tense muscles and tissues recover after long held stretches and you will feel revived, energised and nourished. Great antidote and compliment to an active lifestyle (sports, work, family).

Yin is suitable for all abilities, ages and most conditions. Brilliant to rebalance hormones at any stage of a woman’s life, particularly when facing fertility issues and during menopause.
