Gentle/Restorative Yoga Class on a Wednesday Morning

I would like to remind you that I’m running this slightly gentler, restorative class at the Kingston and Hampton Wick Health Practice, seconds from Bullen Hall, on Wednesdays 9:30 -10:30am. We have bolsters, blankets, bricks, pillows and mats there, so all you have to bring is yourself. It’s the perfect class to rejuvenate, if you are feeling run down, your breathing is irratic or you feel two faster classes are just too much and allow yourself to restore and renew on a Wednesday morning. Please don’t underestimate the power of a slightly slower, more reflective class, which can give you a wealth of benefits and hugely increase your sense of well-being and energy levels.
