Saturday Workshops and Yoga Nidra

Treat yourself to a longer yoga session once a month to profoundly replenish you energy system with Yoga
Nidra to effectively combat stress, dis-ease and chronic fatigue and learn about the deeper aspects of yoga
during the workshop commencing yoga nidra.

Each workshop will have a particular theme in order to deepen general understanding of yoga asana
(postures like backbends, forward bends, twists, inversions), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation,
chanting and philosophy.

Yoga Nidra is a profoundly transformative practice that can lead to lasting psychological change, as well as
physical and emotional healing. It teaches you to open your body and mind to health and wholeness,
resulting in a contented life free of conflict, anxiety, fear and suffering.

Saturday 18th  September  10-1 pm
Saturday 16th  October       10-1 pm
Saturday 13th  November   10-1 pm
Saturday 11th  December   10-1 pm

Cost: £23 including refreshments

Please bring enough warm clothes and blankets to be very comfortable for Yoga Nidra

Please book and pay early to avoid disappointment, as these days are very popular and places get booked in advance. Money is non-refundable unless your place can be filled in time.
