Yoga continues this week, Monday 13th Feb 2012, 10-11:30am at Bullen Hall, and Monday evening class 7:45-9pm at KHW health and Friday 17th Feb 10-11:30am Bullen Hall.
I hope to see many of you! Please feel free to bring your teenage kid along for free.

A very happy healthy and peaceful New Year to you!
The next yoga workshop/ yoga nidra is coming up – 28th January at Bullen Hall. I managed to keep the cost down, it’s still £23.
We will do an energising, stimulating yoga flow sequence to remove stagnancy and lethargy, which, every year seem to be hanging around long after xmas, well into Jan/Feb… followed by some yin yoga to really enhance energy flow and learn some important chants that will help you to face and endure the challenges that 2012 may bring. We will seal the session with Yoga Nidra.
Let me know very soon by email please, if you’d like to book your place. Note that all pre-booked places need to be secured by cheque or cash at your earliest convenience, at the latest 5 days before the workshop.

I am planning to run a Bank holiday yoga class at Bullen Hall on Monday 2nd January 2012 – the first class next year, which needs to be pre-booked, please let me know asap if you are coming

The new dates a for 2012 Saturday workshops and yoga nidra are:
Sat, 28th Jan 2012 11:15-2:15pm
Sat, 25th Feb 2012 11:15-2:15pm
Sat, 24th Feb 2012 11:15-2:15pm
I have decided to do schedule 3 more workshops for the New Year, even though the rental at Bullen Hall is going up A LOT.
From April onwards I have to decide if I will carry on with these, or do a weekly Flow Yoga Class with 25min of Yoga Nidra in the end 11-12:30, 12£, instead or stop altogether.
If you have any particular feelings on one or the other idea please let me know – I would love your feedback!

We have raised £213 so far for Street Kids International in this morning’s 11/11/11 11am yoga class! fantastic ! A BIG THANK YOU to all of you who were able to come and support this amazing charity!!!

Yoga as usual from 10 til 11am.
At 11 o’clock we will settle into meditation, so that we can invite, embrace, assimilate and celebrate the first wave of divine light and energy at 11:11am with the opening of the divine portal for 2012.
This time marks the beginning of new cycles and a new age, where we have the potential to realize who we really are (eternal spiritual beings from source energy) and connect the essence of our being of love and light to our life purpose (dharma).
The proceeds of this session will be donated to Street Kids International, www.streetkids.org
Please come and join us for yoga and meditation on this very special day – the cost of the class is £11 as usual, but if you feel you want to donate more it would be much appreciated.

The next yoga workshop on the 7th Nov, 11:15-2:15pm, will beginn with a light, warming yogaflow sequence, followed by grounding, balancing and strengthening asanas, seated forward bends and twists. We will dedicate some time to pranayama (breathing exercises) and finish the first part of the workshop, before refreshment break, with meditation. We will then indulge in Yoga Nidra, yogic sleep/ guided relaxed meditation and finish with the Gayatri Mantra.
